My Ethnography project is on the employees of Murdoch's Ranch Home and Supply.
I chose to research this group because i wanted to see how these employess get along, and how everyone works together in their working environment. Also i want to see how they all work together.
My assumptions of this group that i have is that they all work hard together, and help eachother out. I think that they do their best and help customers as much as they possibly can. I think they may all get along.
Research Questions:
- Do the employess like working at Murdoch's?
- How are their working conditions?
- Do the employees all get along with one another?
- Do they think that Murdoch's is more successful than other retail stores?
Research Questions:
I found out that Murdoch employees do like working at Murdoch's because it is a great job oppurtunity. They all have said that the working conditions are really good. They may have some moments where they don't get along, but they will when necessary. Some of the employees do think that Murdoch's is somewhat more successful because of the growth of Murdoch's and because more and more people just keep going back to Murdoch's.
